      MBI was contracted out to trim and cut around the telecommunication poles in my neighborhood. On 9/12/2023 they entered my property and damaged several lines, including a line going to my house. Instead of notifying my they wrapped the line around my tree several times and left it. I got in contact with one of the owners finally a week later 9/19 on to which she admitted fault and assured me she would make things right. Now the business and owners will not return my calls or messages.

      Hello,

      We did reach out to the *****. My office spoke to him a few times. I spoke to him as well. We did not ghost ***** or ignore the complaint. As contractors we can’t call in a broken cable or touch it. There was two companies working in the same line. For AES and Communications. Unfortunately the other company did not took action and we got blame for it. We actually tried to call the cable company and we were told we cannot call it in. Customer has to call it in. We did apologize and tried to explain but ***** was hesitated about the situation. Again we apologize about this situation.

      I am rejecting this response because: I directly spoke with Aes and the general manager at Fitzwater. Both showed me maps of where they were working and it wasn't on my street. This company is full of lies and deflection when it comes to taking responsibility. I've had to pay several hundred dollars to switch to another internet provider along with several hours on the phone that I will never get back due to MBIs negligence.

      MBI has sent me junk mail in the past. I have asked them in the past to stop sending me their junk mail. I don't have any tree's or bushes or anything on my property. Only grass which I cut myself. Now here we are again. Recieving their junk mail. If they refuse to stop. Here I am making a formal complaint to the BBB. 2 or more unwanted contacts is harassment at this point. Please stop sending me junk mail. Thanks in advance

      We do not chose where mail goes to. That will be the post office as we pay them to send it. We apologize but we do not have option unless you call the post office.

      During stump grinding of one of the trees he removed, **** the owner cut the main low voltage wire to the set of landscape lights in the rear of my house. He said that he did not have the ability to repair the line but that I should have someone fix it, send MBI the invoice and they would reimburse me. I forwarded them an invoice on 7/11/22 for $150. **** emailed me on 7/11/23, "I will make sure to send a check today." I have never received any check. I have sent additional emails and left voice mail messages with them as they did not answer the calls. In addition, **** had promised to top out one of the large river birch trees and cable the three trunks as well as finish trimming a cherry tree in the front of the house. He has never followed up on that.

      Check was sent 3 weeks ago. We will send one via email today. The tree trimming had been a miscommunication issue on scheduling. We will make sure to get you on our schedule.
