      This specific branch on ************** has been the worse bank Ive ever banked with since Ive opened an account. I would come to this branch almost every 2 weeks to cash funds that I received from my church. Some of the times when I bring in the check its cashed or deposited no problem, other times Im getting asked questions all about the check, what I do for living, what did I do to get it. Really makes it uncomfortable to be constantly asked just by 1 person literally every time I go through the drive thru about my finances. Yes i understand its a bank but if other bank tellers arent asking as many questions, they either arent doing their job or 1 is doing too much. Today May 19th I went to the same branch to cash checks and waited in line for about 15 minutes. When I thought it was my turn I walked up and the lady at the desk pushed me off so fast I almost just left. I wait a couple more minutes and another customer comes in and goes right to the lady I went to and she explained to her that she was busy with whatever she was doing. Why do I just get shood away like ****, but someone else walks up and yall bestfriends. Its finally my turn and when they go to cash my checks, atleast 3 members got into a circle and started whispering jus to tell me after atleast 20 minutes of waiting that they have to hold my checks and wont be able to withdraw until Wednesday (2days after). Then Im told that I have money available until my checks go through, and when I try to withdraw the money it doesnt work. So after my checks are deposited my account with this bank will be closed and never opened again since now I have to wait for funds that I would get same day any other time. I dont know if they think I try to run some kind of scam or what but not with the little bit of money thats on the checks I bring I can tell that. Never had a bank in my years of living tell me I cant have my own money.

      Terrible to do business with. I opened business accounts after being a personal customer. When I tried to sign up for business banking, they called and forced me to go through personal. So it had all of my accounts together and would not work properly with my accounting software. I was already out money because I ordered checks for one of the two accounts. They then charged me $25 per account to close them, even though I was not using them after being advertised a separate account from personal, and specific options like positive pay. They made me sign a paper stating they offered positive pay since it is the law- then refused to let me sign up for an account that was actually able to use it. ***** *** ****** **** ** ******** ******** I plan to move all of my accounts away from this bank. I would use literally any other bank besides this one.

      Financed a auto thru them never ever had a problem ,I paid my bill monthly as required per my payment book. i had a 48 month loan i paid it off in 45 months .i went to the local office in niles and the lady that handled the pay off was very nice and thanked me for being a customer could not have had a better experience .............

      Do not use this bank for any reason at all! They will take unauthorized payments out of your account! They withdrew an unauthorized large amount from my bank, then made me wait for a paper check refund. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I still hadn't received the payment. They said they mailed it. Called a week later after still not receiving, and found out they lied the last time and just mailed it that day! And useless customer service! Hope they go under!

      Worst Bank Ever for 5 consecutive years! Every single experience, the manager **** is the single most opposite of what anyone would want in an employee let alone a bank manager

      The bank seems fine. The banker at ********************* is AMAZING! ******************* makes it personal in the right way. Its almost like a ****s movie. She knows the policies and will help you get anything accomplished. Even after a terrible day otherwise, its hard to feel badly about things after an interaction with her. I mean okay she offers great customer service but makes it personal and is professional but sincere.

      Stay away from this bank! Staff will not listen to your concerns regarding your accounts or errors made on their end, very rude, and will hang up on you.

      I have a new car loan with this bank and it is the worst experience. I have never thought that I would have to beg a bank to take my money!! I have been trying to get my loan taken out auto pay and for months they have messed this up. I have filled out the paperwork three times, when I call they say it wasn't being taken out so I would pay it but come to find out I was making double car payments for months. There is no where online to make payments or see anything and now this month my payment was not taken out on the day that I authorized it. There is no communication and no one knows what they are doing. Usually banks want their money but this one clearly does not. I am tired of begging, calling, emailing, filling out the paperwork, and running to the bank so, I will put up a fight to take my loan elsewhere. This is the most insane issue I have ever encountered. I will seek legal advice for all this because I am fed up. Ill take my money elsewhere.
