      It is a ******** company that does not stand behind its work. They installed a roof on our condo association's building, and within 4 days of completing the work, we were hit with a wind event that damaged over 60% of our roof. They claim the storm was an act of God. All weather events are an act of God. The roof was supposed to be rated at 140mph, yet they refused to do the right thing. Now we will be forced to take them to court. There are too many reputable roofing companies in ********. I strongly encourage you to not use Simon Roofing.

      You guys need to do the right thing! There is nothing to discuss. Consider your options: (1) You do the right thing and build a brand on a foundation of integrity. (2) You don't. If you choose option two, there will be numerous reviews on all the major websites from other owners sharing their experience, and your competitors who come out and bid on fixing the poor workmanship will be sure to use this situation to their advantage. This should never have gotten to this point. I am still shocked that you are refusing to fix poor workmanship and instead pointing to an "Act of God" clause in a contract when you are a roofing company. 100% of the problems that would happen to a roof are an act of God.

      o not utilize Simon Roofing. Our condo in ******** recently had the roof replaced days before Hurricane ******. After the Hurricane, 63% of the roof was damaged. It was determined that the roof was not properly installed. If it were, the roof would have sustained the winds from the hurricane. Simon Roofing states they are not responsible for the damage nor is it covered under warranty, stating it was An Act of God. . If youre looking for a quality company with Integrity, ** *** *** ***** ******** Absolutely despicable. This battle is FAR from done.
