    I purchased a high end gaming computer from this company on 11/1/2022.

    The issue i am having with this company is that after i set this computer up and going through the process of installing the drivers and software needed for this computer to run properly i ran into an issue with the graphics card which is essential for this computer to work correctly. The specific model of the graphics card is an "NVIDIA RTX 3070" and this graphics card runs anywhere in the price range of 400-500 dollars not including tax and shipping costs. I informed the company owner of the issue and he assured me he would correct the problem and to send it back and he would send me a new one. I sent this item back December of 2022. He never advised me of how he wanted it shipped so i did it the best way i knew how and he never even offered to pay for my inconvenience of shipping. I sent the graphics card back to his address he provided and it got damaged in transit. Even after a discussion after he received it and let me know it was damaged he still assured me he would replace it. After months of no response and numerous emails, texts, calls, and messaging on Facebook i have received no response from him nor the company. I spent my hard earned money with this company and had to come out of pocket and buy the graphics card (400$) and install it myself. It also worked perfect after a new graphics card was installed. This company has shown me it has no integrity or care for their customer.

    I ordered a Phoenix 2 gaming computer on March 26 for 899.99 plus tax, delivery and interest. After 59 days I received a computer that did not turn on. I was able to text someone with the company on May 24 and they stated that they would look at some pictures of the computer that I sent them in hopes to find a solution. Since then, I have not heard back and my calls, text messages, voicemails, and emails since then have gone unanswered/ignored. Their email address is also no longer working. I am trying to get a return ticket so that I can get a refund on the computer that does not turn on. The website states "At our commitment to providing exceptional value, we offer budget gaming computers that are guaranteed to run great. To achieve this, some parts may be refurbished. Rest assured, these components have undergone thorough checks and are guaranteed to be in excellent working condition. Refurbished parts are either lightly used or returned items. Furthermore, all parts are covered by our 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.". I believe that not turning on at all would classify it as "not running great" or not "in excellent working condition". I feel like I got scammed out of several hundred dollars by this company. Please let me know if I need to provide more documentation.
