    I had to report this facility to the Department of Health and ************** due to unsanitary conditions and ongoing staff negligence. After more than a month of back-and-forth, my paperwork remains unresolvedlargely because the assigned social workers failed to complete it accurately and showed no due diligence in reviewing or verifying critical information. I even have the CEO on all emails and there has been no resolution. No patient advocacy at all.

    My son was hospitalized for mental health reasons and the entire staff at the ********** hospital was AMAZING both during his stay and with follow-**** He got the care that he so desperately needed and he was treated with respect by everyone he interacted with there.

    Awful care when someones losing their mind! They think there is no accountability because who is going to believe a sick person! There needs to be a deep investigation!
