    I had an appointment canceled by the office in January and rescheduled in February. The office canceled my appointment last minute, the day of, after I already took time off work and left for the day, which is ~1 ***********************************. When the second appointment came, I was sick and called to reschedule, the receptionist wanted to update my insurance information, so I did. I got a text message the following day saying I missed the appointment as a "no show". When I called the office, the receptionist answered, I explained what happened and she said she knew because I spoke with her, but would not give me a reason why she never rescheduled the appointment, which was the reason for the call. A week later I get a letter saying the office is dropping me as a patient. There is no recourse and this person would not allow me to speak to anyone else. She is very rude and condescending. I have been a patient there for probably 15 years now. The staff, the dental hygienist and dentist are always nice people. Also, every appointment I have ever had there, I pay when I leave, they will not let you leave without paying. I probably paid cash and she never recorded the transaction and is charging me again for the appointment. The appointment was set for ******** after my new insurance began, because I need work done and had a cracked molar. This is unacceptable and I'm sure the doctor would not appreciate his staff treating patients this way and canceling appointments and not rescheduling them as requested to cause this issue to occur.
