      Poor customer service. Tried to return breakers still in the box. ****** stated I'm over 30 day. She told me I should have purchased them at *********** at least there I could have got store credit. When asked for that she said nope. Thats why you see small businesses closing there doors. Contractors should be treated a little better to keep repeat business. That $100.00 will now cost them thousands in the future sales.

      After investigation, we have determined that the gentleman who registered the complaint is not a regular customer, did not have a receipt,and wanted store credit for products that we dont regularly sell. Schaedler Yesco does not offer refunds or store credit without proof of purchase.

      In addition, we searched our system to determine purchase history of the product in question, as well as the gentleman, and found no proof he purchased the product from Schaedler Yesco.

      When we couldnt confirm the purchase, our counter staff suggested that the customer return the product at ********** as they DO offer store credit without a receipt.

    Schaedler Yesco Distribution is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
