  BEWARE!! Had the tech come out to my Mom's house. He quoted me a price which I thought was a little high. He called someone and they took it down a little. They asked for half down, so I wrote them a check and asked them if I give another check to the guys when they come out 2 days from then. He said, yes, give them the check for the rest. Next day, I check my bank account and they took the whole amount out before even doing the service. So I called there and they said, they are sorry and offered to take $100 off. I said, no, it's a red flag, I want my money back. I asked if they are going to credit my bank account. No, we'll write you a check. When? I'll put it in the mail today. A week later, I have a credit in my bank account. So, he lied. I called there today and he said, it was best to just credit your account so the check doesn't get lost in the mail. I said, so you made me wait a WEEK? Then I asked him, I wrote a CHECK to you. Normally, companies deposit the actual CHECK! He said, we took a picture of it and deposited it that way. He said the guy entered the wrong amount. I said, why didn't the bank catch it if you sent a picture. I don't know. Check with my bank today, it was a telephone payment, so obviously, they took my account number and paid the WHOLE amount BEFORE doing the actual service! Lie, upon lie! Don't trust this company! Shady and unethical! I wouldn't have them change a light bulb for me!

  I got a quote from them to install an electric Lampost where I had previously had a gaslamp post. Its in my landscaping in the front so they would have to go underneath my concrete walkway into my Garage to install. I was quoted a price between 4000 and $6000 but then they wrote up the quote for approximately $3800. If I supplied the pole I already had the top for the lamp $100 approximately If they obtain the pole. I told them that was way more money than what I wanted to pay so they told me I could pay for 10 years $50 a month. I also told them that was unacceptable. * *** ******* ***** *** ** ****** ********* * ********* ******** ******* **** *** **** ** ******** *** ****** Please get quotes from other companies!

  Was quoted almost 7,000$ because I was told my breaker box was out of code and needed to be moved to another area of the basement. Also told that the outside electrical work needed to be updated because it was also out of code. Told that I was in a "real pickle"- and that my house was at risk for catching on fire at anytime if left the way it was. Sent pictures of my furnace to someone within that industry and then told me that my furnace probably had cracks inside it causing carbon monoxide to build up- asked if I was experiencing headaches or sick to my stomach. I called reliable competitor electrician and my issue was resolved for 130$.Company's should not be allowed to get away with this, creating fear factor so you spend the money immediately.

  Furnace check up is just a ploy to sell you a furnace and air conditioning. The tech wouldn't leave until I scheduled an appointment with a salesman. The salesman gave me a price of $18,000! and couldn't even tell me the model number of the Rheem furnace he was trying to sell me. He repeatedly asked for a five star review! The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't give them zero stars. They specialize in the upsell and ignore what you are saying.

  Made an appointment for furnance check up . They changed my my appointment twice , and wanted change it a third time the day of my appointment . ?? no thanks
