      Job begain in 2023. Kitchen floor torn out, laundry room floor torn out and bedroom closet torn out. Kitchen floor is not even. High and low spots. Floor is separating and cracked in places...Contractor does not reach out in a timely manner or at all to try and finish this drawn out contract.Contract stated their business hours were 8- 4 , and the contractor would not show until at times of 11 o'clock or even later. Trim pieces need installed that were lost while doing the job. Here in 2024 still waiting on completion of the work that was not done professionally. Kitchen floor needs leveled and redone better.

      The work was considered complete when ************ signed a certificate of completion on February 2, 2024, but the customer never paid the outstanding balance of approximately $5,500.  This sounds like it should be addressed under warranty but per our contract, when someone doesn't pay their bill, they are not provided a warranty.  We would be willing to inspect this to see, but payment terms will need to be worked out.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. And As long as we're in agreement to have a valid warranty once the balance is paid in full. We can have the floor repaired and the trim replaced. Thank you...
