    Had my trash out the night before they pick it up. Went to bring my can in and discovered they never even picked mine up, despite picking everyone else's up on my street. Called and they refused to come out and pick it up today. I asked what I was supposed to do with my trash until they came and got it next week and they pretty much told me I was SOL. I doubt they'll even give me a credit.

    My old garbage **mpany retired & sold the business @ April 2022 with me being paid up until Sept. 2022. The new business was supposed to take over the old & kept arguing with me & sending bills. I went back in all my re**rds & found my receipts as proof of paying 6 months. I even emailed them screenshots & wasted hours of my time writing to them numerous times. Was going to file with the BBB before & gave them another chance. They added a $3 late fee stating I owed them over 90 days (not true ) was paid up until end of Sept with old **mpany.They now added another $6 late fee when they did not take my garbage at all in Oct (I have cameras on the property) These are **nsidered unethical practices. I will also be turning them in to the state attorney general as well as billing them for my time of doing their job. I will also be seeking another garbage **mpany. Unfortunately, I sent them $65 before I received the extra bill today or would have looked for another **mpany. I am going to be billing for my time of doing their job. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen & we are **nsidered elderly. I'm not doing this anymore. I have dealt too many times with this **mpany already. I just paid them $65 today & am now paid up until Jan 21 & will be looking for a new ** in the meantime.
