      In 2024 I had surgery at ********* Mercy Health in ******. In Aug 2024 they sent me a bill and I paid $200. In Nov they sent me another bill which I paid $100. Then in Dec they sent me another bill and I paid $100. I never received another bill after that. I look in Mychart and it said $0 balance. Then in May 2025 I received a letter from a collection agency saying St ***** Mercy Health has sent me to collections for the remainder of the balance. When I called Mercy Health billing about it they said I signed up for paperless billing. I never signed up for paperless billing for medical bills because I want a paper trail. I told them to send me a bill and I would pay it. A few days later I received in the mail and itemized bill for services but no actual bill for the amount I owe. And if I signed up for paperless billing like they are saying I did, then why did they send me 3 paper bills? They should not be allowed to ruin my credit because they failed to send me a bill.

      On 12/07/2024 my son ***** ******** 09/18/2011 went into mercy Austintown free standing er he has one swollen t******* the rn with red hair in a pony tail was extremely rude like he shouldnt be there , my son went back everyone else was very nice , but the nurse practitioner took a look and said its most likely testicular torsion and they had no ultrasound sound sound tech and they wouldnt have one for hours and a emt would be hours my best bet would be to sign him out and take him myself to Akron childrens he was only given ****** , I did and he had emergency surgery there at ****** , but my son does have 2 insurances UHC and ******************* , only ****** given , no treatment he should have nothing to be paid to mercy when at Akron childrens he was fully covered

      There was no offer , Im not paying the 160 they did not treat my son , they gave him ****** , and said my only option was to sign him out , he would of lost his t******* and became septic if I did not take him somewhere else they did not perform any medical treatment

      On May 31 2024 as well as June 7 2024 I received iron transfusions from Mercy Health Hospital Boardman **** after the iron infusion center called to set up the above appointments. The procedure was medically necessity due to my iron being very low as well as being diagnosed with *******************************************************************) and Chronic kidney disease with anemia, The procedure most of it was denied by ********** blue shield of Michigan because the diagnose code Which was *************************************************************************** was provided to insurance and the service was not allowed due to wrong diagnoses code. I am not diagnosed with CKD unspecified its incorrect and its wrong. Again I have CKD stage 4 and CKD with anemia, As a result of their mistake I was given the run around on phone with Mercy Health and advised not to worry about $9403 bill times 2. Equal to $18,800. They have a medical coding review however I have received a paper bill for$9403 as well as a bill for same amount on my chart, I spoke to mer y health representative and they informed me do not worry about bill even due they are still billing me which could impact my credit and more importantly billing me for a wrong diagnosesthis mistake can cause a delay in payment as well as the possibility of medical service being denied to me because of a outstanding bill due to their mistake. The code N189 CKD unspecified took effect on Oct 1 2024 which they used on May 2024 and June 2024 . I want it corrected because this mistake was because the wrong code provided to insurance company by Mercy Health.

      Yes I applied for financial assistance. Been awhile have not heard from them. I did my application at ************************** in Boardman ****. Later on after few weeks. I called them left voicemail. Never returned my call on status of application??? Not happy.
