    This guys is really good at ... taking your money. He's a very BAD DECK BUILDER. It's been 17 months and my deck is still not done. I had to have someone else come in and clean up all the mistakes and finish the deck. ****** ordered the wrong board sizes multiple times. He ignored my texts and calls. He blamed everyone but himself. The deck failed the city inspections because he installed the joists all wrong and nailed in the header boards (instead of using screws). He also didn't put in handrails when there was 4 steps which is a required city mandate. He installed 4' 4' 12' boards with seams instead of using 20' boards. The steps were not even with spacing. He never finished the skirting. I had to pay a lot more to get the deck tore up and then passed for inspection and then put back together with the correct boards. I am awaiting payment as of today.
