    We contacted this company to have our front yard cleaned up. We got the estimate and authorized the work to be done. We never heard from the company after multiple attempts to contact them. I am medically unable to do the work so we put our faith in this company. If you don't want to do the work you should not give estimates or ghost the customer and totally avoid them. Hard to believe this company is accredited by the BBB.

    We were not contact until weeks after estimate was done. Estimate was approved in system and there was no notice. No phone call no message to me letting us know till after over 30 days in which the estimate then could change and we told them on the phone it would. No one ghosted we have all messages. We asked if you approved it why wouldn't you bother making contact to work in to calendar and say hey we were ready. Instead they took to social media to try and blast us. How are we responsible for a client who does not communicate once they responded to an estimate?

    I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.

     

    I am responding to the company's statement that we never contacted them. We sent a text on April 23 stating that the contract was signed and sent on April 3. He then texted back and apologized on April 23. He stated that he would put us first on the list and stated that he would be here Saturday. He stated he did not see approval. We then sent another text on April 30 asking when the cleanup would happen. We never heard from him. We sent another text on May 12 which stated that if he wasn't interested to let us know due to never receiving any response. We do have copies of all texts that were sent by us and by him. I would also like to point out that we had contacted this company in November 2024 to have leaves picked up in our yard. After several failed attempts for a response we looked elsewhere. I Don't agree with this companies practices and procedures and Don't agree with a company treating customers like this and getting accredited by the BBB

    When so called contract was approved clients waited 3 weeks before even texting to say it was done. I did apologize but after they had taken so much time. They wanted us to do more work as we had an employee who lived on same street. What we had quoted vs what was needed by the time we came by. Was not the same. They only wanted acorns picked up at front of home at first. Job changed with all the sticks, debris, and leaves. 

    I never got a text from client asking us if we weren't interested. If at this point you were only going with our company. It because they knew our price was lower due to what was needed on original quote. After 30 days. That quote is VOID

    The biggest problem we had was no communication from this company. Before we got an estimate, he came to our house and saw exactly what was needed and the estimate was for the front yard. We never added or changed anything that was needed. We do have all text records of our dealing with this company to back up our claims. I did realize, after the fact, that this was the same company that ignored us and never returned our messages in the Fall of 2024. I also have records regarding this. This seems to be a pattern with  this company by offering excuses but no answers. I was in customer service for over 35 years and if I had treated customers like this, I would have been fired.
