    I can't recommend this business too highly. They are simply excellent in speed of getting a tech to you who in our case was a wonderful knowledgeable technician named ****. He was super friendly......took care of our microwave issue efficiently and ........very, very reasonable with the service call cost. You won't go wrong calling Aadams!!!

    I attempted to get the heating element in my dryer repaired by Aadams, they fixed it and the heating element was running when the technician left, but after I ran a load of laundry, all my clothes came out extremely wrinkled and some of the clothes shrunk. Now, the dryer will not even start. If you hit the start button, the dryer tries to start, but the heating element doesnt run and the dryer does not spin. So essentially, they have made my dryer worse off than it was before I got it. Called the next morning because they were closed, I was told by ******* that they were waiting on the technician to get back into the office and they would call me back that day. Over 24 hours later and I am still waiting on a call back from them. Apparently I am not the only one who is having this issue because of how many bad reviews there are. I spent over $300 to repair this dryer and I have essentially thrown my money away to these unprofessional people. Additionally, they gave very short notice when they came out. I have a job, too, and cant just skip work to stay here with these guys while they try to fix my stuff.

    The customer was called by the technician to return to the home on Saturday morning, June 8th and the customer refused **********************.  The technician offered to come on Sunday, June 9th also on Monday, June 10th.  The customer responded on Monday, June 10th, that he did not need to come back.  Our service is guaranteed for thirty days and most manufactures have a ninety day to one year warranty on their parts.  It is, of course, up to the consumer to allow our company to come back and resolve the issue. It is, and will always be our business practice to achieve the highest quality of workmanship to the consumer.

    Aadams Appliance Service (of **********) replaced the 'electrical spark igniter' on our GE-Hotpoint range. The technician was polite and professional and I was satisfied with the work, the warranties and the price. The needed component was in his van, which helped the work close-out faster. He was happy to answer all of my questions as he worked, and also cleared-out gas ports on 2 of the range-top burners. They accepted cash, checks, and all credit cards except AMEX.

    They were unable to repair my brand new dryer been going on since July they refuse to call GE so they can bring a new one the receptionist said they're not getting paid to sit on the phone REALLY? They came out 4 times couldn't fix it now they won't finish the ****************** was nasty about it. I will let GE know to NEVER use this unprofessional company!! Sorry I ever contacted them!

    ************** made several calls to the factory technical support and followed their directions. After none of the instructions proved to solve the problem he was finally able to have the unit exchanged for the customer. The ************* was approved on November 2nd, 2022.
