  ***** ****** is a scam artist, he scammed my family out of $1200 He forced full payment upfront unfortunately after that I read up on his reviews and it realized that he's stolen so much money from people. The same day I paid him I told him that I was backing out and wanted a refund . He proceeded to say that he didn't know how to do a refund . Completely stopped responding

  "Jim was incredibly kind and courteous! His customer service was outstanding, and his work was exceptional. He is dependable and reliable, ensuring my water heater was installed on the expected day. He even went above and beyond, completing extra work without hesitation. Bonita's Way Appliance Center offers great service at reasonable prices. If I ever need any work done, I won’t hesitate to call Bonita's Way Appliance Center."

  We have a home warranty through *************************** We contacted them for a problem with our furnace. ****** **** ******* sent Bonita's Way to take care of the issue. The issue turned out to be a problem with the gas meter. We contacted Bonita's Way and cancelled the service call. A few days later we called and inquired about providing a service agreement to perform routine maintenance on our heating and AC unit. The owner, John ******* quoted us $400 and stated that it would cover coming out twice a year to perform routine maintenance on the furnace, AC, and water heater. We paid him $400 and scheduled routine maintenance appointment for our furnace. He came on the scheduled date. He said he wasn't there to perform the maintenance just do a quick inspection. He checked over the furnace and stated that the heat exchanger was cracked. He informed us that the part was covered under the manufacturer warranty but the labor was not. He told us that it would be $2000 in labor to replace the heat exchanger. We had another company provide a quote for labor and it was $450; however, they wanted to have their technician confirm the heat exchanger was cracked. The technician came out and inspected the furnace and found that there was noting wrong with the heat exchanger and that it was not cracked. Bonita's Way was scamming us. My dad is a disabled veteran on dialysis. John ****** knew this and tried to take scam him.... Despicable!

  I was told we needed an entire AC system. Hired an actual AC repair man and it turned out to only need a $20 part. This company will try to scam you into replacing products instead of repairing them

  This company *****, we had an appointment for today May 5,2023 between 11am - 3pm They never showed up, no phone call nothing, when you call they never answer the phone nor do they call you back ****** way appliance repair is nothing but a joke. Do not use this company. I'm canceling Choice Home Warranty. We called them about our A/C units not working and an appointment was made for a week later. We had to go through very high Temps and humidity, both of kids have severe asthma and they both was having difficulty breathing, my cats and my dogs was suffering as well. My husband even took off work to be here .Thanks for the no show ****** way appliance repair you are very un professional.

  Review of Bonitas (Bonitas) Way Appliance Repair: We have a contract with a major home warranty company that has an agreement with Bonitas for furnace repair. I contacted the warranty company on 1/24/23 to schedule a furnace repair and *********************** of Bonitas immediately contacted me that day and scheduled a furnace repair visit for the next day, 1/25/23.Bonitas arrived at my house on the scheduled visit date and time and quickly went to work at diagnosing the problems with my furnace. He identified numerous issues needing repair, contacted the warranty club to file the claim for their authorization, and then he ordered the needed parts on 1/25/23.The warranty company immediately approved the claim and Bonitas contacted me on 1/26/23 to schedule the full repair of the furnace.Bonitas was very timely, courteous, and knowledgeable in getting the furnace problems diagnosed and scheduling the actual repair (for next week). Bonitas did not try to upsell me and worked on the issues needing repair only. Based on my interaction with ***********************, I would recommend Bonitas for their furnace repair services.
