      Never,ever use this facility!! And never speak with *****. Very unprofessional. I waited 2 months to reapply engraving on sons gravestone. This was to be done in *******,**** He blamed rainy weather on waiting so long.Here's the kicker! This horrible facility TOOK son's gravestone back to their shop. NO notification until WE checked on status. Cemetary never allowed this!! They ***** gravestone without permission. Plus now needs resetting,which Catholic diocese will do. It's been a nightmare. Never got even an apology. Disgraceful what they did!!! Please never use them. Aweful business people

Please know that the removal was conducted in accordance with the terms outlined in your contract which states:"The company and its representatives are granted the authority and the necessary power to enter the site where the property is located for the purpose of removal."Our goal is always to perform our work efficiently and with the utmost respect for the property. The removal and subsequent re-lettering process was completed within the industry-standard timeframe. We acknowledge that there was a lack of communication regarding the removal of the gravestone, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If you would like to discuss this further or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please dont hesitate to reach out directly.We regret any discomfort this situation has brought you and sincerely apologize for any emotional distress this situation has caused. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to make amends.
