      This business is not competent in, as far as, their sending of correspondence to other medical offices. The in-take nurse blames everyone for delays but herself. Just to get a clearance for a minor procedure took over a month. Along with several calls to the doctor's office telling me that they haven't received any paperwork requests.
      The in-take nurse's condescending tone and attitude was completely unprofessional and uncalled for in any place of business.
      If I could leave a below zero, negative rating.....even THAT would be entirely too high.

      I was asking a copy of examine statement of my 09/12/2022 visit. It charged me $ **** for 6 pages . It is outrageous, highway robbery behavior. My other Drs. visits have never changed patients for visiting statements. Shame on its management.

      We charge according to laws set up by the ************* for medical records. Practices are permitted to charge for paper and staff time involved in fulfilling the request for medical records.
