      I contacted expert pest management in the fall 2024 to remove bees. I do remember speaking to someone with the services they provide throughout the year. I do not recall in this conversation stating I would definitely want this service when the person came to my home. He wanted me to sign something. I stated I would pay for onetime service I know I signed nothing. They actually had to come twice to take care of the bee problem. Then it was cold and the bees were gone anyways I paid this company October 1, 2024 in spring of this year. I believe March I received a call from a ****** from expert pest management wanting to know when they Could come to my home to continue services. I stated I was not interested during this phone call. she stated that they have everything recorded with phone calls and she would get back to me on Friday, May 22 in the afternoon. I received a a lovely phone message. No one left their name, but stated they were going to try to pull recorded phone calls to see exactly if I signed up for actual seasonal services in addition to this thus far I have received two letters /statements. My account is seriously past due in the amount of one ****** there are no services itemized because I initially told them in the first recorded conversation in March of this year I no longer wanted their services. I would like the harassment to stop

      I called Expert Pest Management in Aug 2023 for a mouse problem I was having in one section of my house. They offered me a discount on the mouse control service if I also paid for the quarterly insect control service. They said that as long as I was paying for the quarterly insect service I would have extended protection/coverage of the mouse control service.Since initially coming out for the mouse service and insect service on 8/23/23 they have sent technicians to my house for follow *** without ever giving me any notice whatsoever. A few weeks ago they sent me a bill for the spring service without the service ever taking place. They acknowledged via email that the service was never performed and that I received a bill automatically despite the service not occurring. I told them via email that I wanted to cancel my account due to being dissatisfied, and they said I was under contract for four quarterly services and I could not cancel. I never signed a contract with them so I told them this was not true. They sent me a copy of an unsigned contract and told me it was valid because I gave them verbal authorization during the first phone call back in Aug 2023. I do not recall this, but they claim to have a recording of the call where I did so. At no point did I agree to several of the terms in the written contract they emailed me a copy of, and I told them this. They insist that I am bound to this unsigned contract and need to pay them for two more services.All I want is to receive an email from the company stating that the balance on my account was corrected to show that I owe $0.00 as I have already previously paid for both services that were performed in 2023. I also want them to state in that email that my account has been cancelled and that they will not contact me again or harass me in the future for any reason.I've attached my emails with them and a copy of the unsigned written contract they sent me a copy of. Thank you in advance for your help.
