    Dennis Mikkelsen Plumbing **** installed all the plumbing in our new home. They roughed in a sewage pump basin in the basement floor with the plan to later install a full bath in the basement. It was discovered upon installation of the sewage pump that the inlet pipe into the sewage basin was poorly installed and was leaking ground water into the basin, causing the sewage pump to run unnecessarily and pump ground water into the septic system. When notified of this problem, the receptionist at Dennis Mikkelsen Plumbing assured me someone would call me back "right away". A few days go by, I called again to get someone to come out and they gave me the same response, someone would call back "right away". After a week had gone by I called back and the receptionist who I had spoken to 3 times now claimed it must be my fault for missing the calls, there were no calls at all. After about 10 days I got a text from the owner Dennis Mikkelsen saying he was sorry if no one got back to me but he could come by towards the end of the current week to take care of it. I said that would be acceptable. He no showed on the day he said he was coming and later texted asking for another day that worked. He also no showed that day. He and the company have since stopped responded to calls or texts and refuses to let me schedule an appt. While this issue remains unrepaired I have unplugged the sewage pump so it doesn't run ***** times a day filling my septic tank with ground water. This makes the guest bath in the basement unusable.

    I apologize that the answering service was giving you information that couldn't be fulfilled. We often can not call some one "right back" because we are in the middle of a job, I am also sorry that they would have insinuated that it was your fault. I understand that we had trouble finding days and times that worked to meet you. Customer satisfaction is a priority for me and hope that you are happy with your recent repair.
