    I used the customer provided Dropbox to make a rental payment for my mother. Then ***************************************** a knock at the door, she received a notice stuck to her door saying she did not pay her rent and that she had 3 days to do so or she would be evicted. It should be noted that her rent has been paid on time and in full faithfully for the more than 3 years she has been in her current location. I contacted the office to say I paid the rent and was told the person that handles that wouldn't be in until 10:00 a.m. . I received a call back saying my mother's rental payment was actually posted to the wrong account then I was told that the payment was short by $200. I said there was no way the payment was short because I personally made that payment, they told me that maybe I made a mistake. I then had my mother call to find out what happened and she was told it was being looked into. No one got back to us and we finally called them three days later only to be told that they did find $100 and would give my mother credit for that but she still had to pay the other $100 because no one in their office made a mistake. After several unsuccessful attempts were made to speak to someone in management and despite my advice the $100 was paid in person and initially they refused it saying we close at 4:00 My response that it was 3:58 and that they were going to make this payment was met with your receipt says tomorrow because we have already closed the books for today. How someone can so badly do their job and blame the renter is the highest form of incompetence. I find this kind of shady business practice appalling, unprofessional and most of all unethical!

    I've applied 5 months ago and been approved I've also picked many properties and have not made any progress in 5 months the staff is unprofessional and very ignorant I've left my number numerous of times to be connected no luck I've asked for the owners contact information and was told I couldn't get it This is ridiculous
