Called ************************* 10/21/24 for a clogged sink pipe/drain. After a little investigating the plumber went to snake our pipe. I stepped out for a min to come back to black sludge everywhere. Yes pluming can get messy but this was nuts- it still sticks and its been 7 days and we have used every cleaner we can think of to try and clean it. With in minuets he was audible and viably irritated, some how he was getting his snake with cutting head looks like a "C" bound up. When he finally lost his temper and pulled his snake out, it was clearly mangled and missing the end piece which is presumed to be stuck in my pipe now. Called them today 10/28 for "jet" service and to verify and retrieve their tool piece...Guy didn't seem to even care and wanted $600 to start.. If his tool is still stuck in my pipe, it needs retrieving.. Bad enough I have to tear out the panel walls now as the stench wont go away. Now I have to have another company come out to pressure wash the pipe and hopefully retrieve their broken tool .

Mr. ****** did indeed call us on 10/21/24 to book an appointment for a backed up drain, while booking the call we questioned whether we would even service Mr. ****** because of the way he handled himself at that time, he cussed out another company for a service issue that he had with them prior to calling us. However, we booked the call and sent out our technician to service him.  Upon arrival we diagnosed where the drain was backed up and attempted to cable the drain which was unsuccessful due to something making the drain impassable we did shop vac up as much as we could of the mess that was caused by the clean out cap popping off due to not being tightened in the past (not by us) **************** is claiming we broke a cutter head off in this drain, that is impossible due to our small drain machine not having a cutterhead on it due to the size of the line. At that point , we advised him of our jet service, Mr. ****** said he did not have the money to do that service. Then on 11/4/24, Mr. ****** called us back stating he wasn't pleased with our service and we broke a part off in his drain, which I already stated wasn't ours. However, we offered to send out a technician at no charge. He cussed out our crew claiming we were gaslighting him as well as belittling us at that point, we told him we were no longer going to service him any further. In addition, we did not charge him any money at any point for this service.

We contacted Mr ********************** in February bc our septic pump failed. We had it replaced just 2 years prior 12/21. It seemed too soon for this to happen. Had the guy come out and order a new pump. He said the previous guy was no longer with the company. Upon inspection of the electrical joint, it was only secured with electrical tape. Didn't look like any other barrier to protect it from water backup or exposure. Was going to have Mr ********************** install it again, but checked with the manufactured and another recommended service. I declined to go with Mr. ********************** again. When I had the new company come out, they inspected it and said it burned out at the plug and also discovered that it wasn't indeed the pump, just the emergency float that wasn't properly connected. They had to replace just the pump and secured it with electrical grease to protect it from water exposure. It cost us $420 to have Duke come and pump the sewer. It was going to cost another $1400 to replace the young pump. Fortunately the new company found the problem and it was only half as much. I spent 4 hours of research and calling back and forth between the new company and the old company. $80 for my time. I would like to see Mr. ********************** reimburse me for the recent pumping, replacement of my float motor, and my time, before i file small claims with the court.
