      The final transaction date was 07/17/23. They accepted my truck for work on June 30, 2023, and had the pan out on June 2nd. Said nothing was wrong with the current transmission, but if I wanted to haul my camper, I needed a more vigorous tranny. We agreed to a Road Ripper 3000 for $5200. The first tranny in did not shift properly, so they cut out my wire harness and charged me more. Did not fix the problem. They said they ordered another tranny and replaced it again. Did not work. They then claimed it was an internal computer. The mechanic overheated the engine and caused fluid to leak where it did not before. Redlich refused to allow me to tow it to another garage to fix it without paying them. We didn't have a choice and were forced to pay. I was in the middle of home renovations and I used the truck for my business. He promised two weeks. It's been four months. I had truck towed to Lou Vari's at 900 Andrews Ave, Youngstown, OH. Lou said it was not the computer but the transmission. Lou can not touch a bolt on the tranny without violating the warranty from Redlich. The owner of Redlich, Ron, refuses to give consent or the warranty over to Lou to correct the problem. I spent over $600 on computers that were not needed. Redlich mechanic greased stained my interior seat. Invoice number 11518 for certified road ripper 3000 transmission with billet input shaft. Updated wiring harness. Grand total from Redlich was $5845.13 We also told them we wanted to keep our original transmission and Bob agreed for $1000. They refuse to give us our original transmission.
