If I could give minus 100 stars I would. Spent $16k at this store. The machine didnt work properly from day one. They ********** me for years that it was my fault. I called about 40 times in 2 years complaining. They are 2 hours way from me. I finally made the drive and forced them to look at it. They refused to pay for any repairs even though I had complained for YEARS since I bought it. Told them I wanted to know what was wrong with it before I paid anything and to let me know before doing any repairs. I finally called to find out they did a calibration without my consent, and to charge me almost $400, come home and still the same issues. When I got home I also find they replaced my bobbin case with a rusted old worn one. I called Brother. They informed me they would get it taken care of but they needed to talk to the dealer. When Brother calls me back, they inform me they wont pay for the repair now because the dealer said I was threading the machine wrong! When that was never mentioned when I was there and spent $400 on a repair they said fixed it and didnt. I took it to another certified dealer even farther away from me. The tech there figured the issue out in 20 min and ordered the part and it works great. He also told me I was NOT threading it wrong. I went back to this store to confront them about the bobbin case and the calibration that wasnt needed because they didnt even look for the real issue, that another dealership found in 20 min. I was calm and tried to explain. The owner told me to get to the point repeatedly told me he didnt believe me. Said that he knows how to fix these machines, and it was fixed when it left. When I told him that wasnt true it wasnt fixed because when I took it home it did the same issue he said he didnt believe me. Kept trying to walk away from me. I showed him the bobbin case and he said there was nothing wrong with it and I was lying I brought that in with the machine. He ended up walking away from me completely.
