    I had 9 windows installed on November 1, 2023. The total experience with Quality Windows from start to finish was excellent. The installers *** and ***** were professional, cleaned each area and did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with the quality of windows. I highly recommend this company because of the high business standards, and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. **********

    Work was good doors installed were fine door locks were OK - Had one Deadbolt that had to be serviced trash from the job was dumped in our trash receptacle - NOT BAGGED Rate 4

    I had 13 windows installed by Quality Windows about 3 weeks ago, and wanted to wait long enough to make sure I wasn't having any problems before giving a review. I must say that my experience with this company has been excellent, and I am loving these windows. They have really helped to brighten up the place and have all been working well so far. Setting up an appointment for the estimate was easy, and the **** ***** was knowledgeable and patient and low-key in his sales pitch, unlike some others I had dealt with. The price was reasonable, and the quality of the window, from what I was able to glean from various reviews, is good. It took 3 months to get the windows once they were ordered, but I know that's not unreasonable these days. The office notified me immediately when the windows came in (right on time!) and I was told to expect a call within 3 weeks for the installation ( I did call in after a few weeks, just to make sure I was put on the books, and had no problems getting that set up). ***, the main installer, was great --- I was impressed by his steady, careful work and attention to detail -- I got the impression that he takes pride in doing a good job and has a good work ethic, and I really appreciated that. The job took a total of 3 days, but the final 2 days were outside work, so it didn't really disrupt the household. *** had help on the first day but not on the following days, yet he still made sure the work got done as promised, even coming out on a Saturday morning to finish up. This was a positive experience, from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend checking out Quality Windows if you're in the market.
