  My wife and I contracted Rayshawn G**** (Clay Bros LLC) to work on an 18 * 20 concrete slab for our "future" shed in Nov 2022. He had done a previous job for us that we had no complaints with.

  This job however was rushed, and poorly done. We however were unaware of how poorly until we received pictures from the company putting up our shed, which we ordered from a shed company, in January. They stated that our concrete was not square by 5". They added block to adjust for the crooked slab and charged us on site $300. However, when they began to build, they too realized that the slab was at a downgrade and dropped 9 inches from one side to the other. Once the shed was complete, we were unable to close the door fully as it was gapped.

  We then contacted Rayshawn and asked him to fix this. With weather changing he agreed to fix the slab in the spring. We contacted him as soon as the weather permitted, and he has done nothing but give us the run around saying he would fit us in between jobs. He had us rent a bobcat (stating he used the same bobcat he rented for another job at no cost to us) to tear up the block Mother's Day weekend. It did rain some that weekend but with plenty of dry time to complete the removal and leveling. I removed the slab alone as Rayshawn stated he does not work in the rain. Rayshawn did show up briefly to haul the block away and has been uncooperative with fixing this ever since.

  Upon further contact, he stated we were lucky he's fixing it, although several other contactors said this was his mistake. I have asked for a refund which he has completely ignored. He no longer returns our messages.

  We Paid a deposit on Nov 15th 2022 of $1375 +40 ****** fee upon starting the job with final payment of $1375 +40 ****** fee upon completion on Nov 21st, 2022 as well as about $350 (estimate we need to get a copy of the receipt from rental) for the bobcat and lost $500 on sale of shed, we sold it because we couldn't use it as the door wouldn't shut,  and the shed company would have charged $1500 to tear down and rebuild.
