      My wife and I bought a Lazy Boy recliner 2 years ago. From the day we had it delivered it started making all types of noises. It cracked. It clunked and even fell to the side. We paid $1,000 for this peace of junk and it’s still in the house because we can’t afford to get a new recliner. We have had Coconis Furniture 3 times until we finally gave up. Every time the repair men said. Lazy Boy is no longer a good brand. The insides don’t hold up. They each offered to oil the unit, which did nothing to fix the problem. The chair looks great, just don’t move back or forth or else you will hear a lot of noise. I will never buy Lazy Boy again! I would love to have our money back. Coco is Furniture is not at fault, Lazy Boy is.
