      I believe the took advange of an elder woman went from buying a furance for 4842,00 and not getting air conditioner to them saying cannot use old air, will not fit and then saying it was rusted, they had me make a dicision in a few seconds or be without heat and air, which i cannot not do. I told them i cannot afford both they didn t listen i went from 4842,00 dollars payment of 88,23 monthly to 10,300.00 payment of 250.00 dollars month which i cannot afford. The took advantage of me so be careful before you let them remove your furence that the price doesn"t go into higher then you can afford. There financial system ***** AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THERE WORD.

      Always used Ables as they used to be quite reliable. Called several weeks ago to have someone come out and check out our air conditioning unit for the summer use. Lady kept me on the phone for 15 minutes trying to talk me into getting a combination deal. I told her all I wanted was a check up on our unit. She persisted in trying to get me to do a deal. Finally she said she would put me on the list and they would call me as the weather had to be a steady certain temperature before they could check it. Still have not heard from them. Think I will call someone else.

      1/5 Thursday called to get an estimate to fix furnace. Given an a price of $105/ he,
      1/9 Monday Ables came out to give an estimate. Tech charged $215 to check the furnace and an estimate would be emailed.
      1/11 Wednesday I drove to their office to discuss the charge and get an estimate. They brought out a copy of the receipt and the findings but did not give me a copy. Said they had a meeting Thursday morning and would call afterwards.
      1/13 Friday called the office, talked to the service department said they would look into and get back to me.
      1/15 Monday received a call stating it took 2 hours to check the system and I should receive an estimate soon.
      1/19 11 days after the technician was at my house I still have no estimate.
      1/23 15 days I got an estimate of $1159.73 with 2.5 hours of labor.
      We had a different company come starting all over. He put in a thermostat and reattached a wire to the heat pump and charged 197.00 the same day. Seems to work fine.
