    Signed a contract with VierraBoys to remodel my kitchen and paid the required 60% down. He sent someone who worked for two days to demo the area then no one ever came back. He would not reach out to me to let me know what was going on. I did reach out to him and he would have an excuse as to why he had not been over to work on the remodel. He would then tell me he would be there in a certain day and just not show up. After weeks of this behavior I told him I was going to get someone else to complete the job and he threatened to *** me for breach of contract. I filed small claims for breach of contract. He ask the judge for a continuation saying he was reaching out to his insurance company to have them reimburse me. Judge granted a one week continuation. *************** texted me an apology for not holding up his end of the contract. Then he did not show up for court the next week. I won the small claims but have not been paid by ****************. Additionally, during our conversations before I filed a case in small claims, **************** tried to intimidate me by sending me a picture of my home saying this is where you live isnt it.
