    I purchased my home in March of 2023. Eight months later (November 2023) I noticed cracks forming all around my foundation. The real estate agent told me that ************ did the work and to contact them. Email have been sent since December of 2023, and I finally emailed them myself today and got a response. They have pawned off the repairs to a local representative. The Ram **** rep was supposed to get back with me, but she had the local rep call ( he did not initially do the work) to break the bad news. All I am asking for is that ************ repair the *************************** has a lifetime warranty.

    ************ called me this morning from their *******************************. I need my complaint to reflect the ramjack corporate office not the St ***********************. I am in ******* so can I have this directed towards the ram **** corporate office in ******** please?

    This complaint is for the home office in ********. My guess is that the complaint was sent to the Saint ***********************. It needs to go to their corporate office in ********. The person that I spoke with was ***************************** in ********. I reviewed their warranty information and the warranty is a lifetime guarantee. It also states that it is transferred via trust from homeowner to homeowner .

    I found the cracks in November of 2023. I do not have the model number for the helical piers. All I am asking is that they repair the damage. I spoke with ***************************** initially on 2/12/2024. I have had three other companies come out and look and they all said that ******* needs to honor their warranty.
