    This lender gave me a loan four months ago for two thousand dollars. I have paid over eight hundred dollars in on time payments. They are reporting my balance increasing each month to the credit bureaus which is a lie. They are also reporting i have a nineteen hundred dollar balance and saying the first payments of over eight hundred dollars went to interest at a ratio of like 95% and only 5% to principal. My balance has increased with them for the last couple months with the credits bureaus and that is after received on time payments of over two hundred dollars. I cannot see my remaining balance on their payment app called "repayit" and I cannot see what ratio of payment is going to interest and principal. The only thing you can see as a customer is when a payment is due and payment history. This does not feel like they are being honest and they are definitely lying when reporting my balances.

    Have a loan with them and they call me at least six times a day for myself and twice for someone else. I have a loan but had a previous loan that was paid off in full no late payments. I have fallen behind and they have been calling me so much at work I got a write up with promise of being relieved of my duties if personal calls don't stop. I have repeatedly ask them to stop calling my job as well as my boss and coworkers I spoke to them yesterday made a payment of $90 dollars owe 55 more. She called my cell again while I am at work can not answer immediately calls my job again. I called back ask her stop please she said we going to keep calling because I owe money. I got it I told her I gave her what I got with intent to pay but this is going to get me fired. Now I have to have a meeting with boss. This is unacceptable and I have never had a loan company act like this. I have two other loans and none harass me at work because I let them know when and how much. Red river does not care so if I get fired how will they get paid then?

    In response to the complaint from ******************* ID# *******, the complaint has been reviewed and discussed with the *** ***************. A review of our call log indicates there have been no calls to the job since 6/6/23 when employer and customer requested, we do not call. All other calls made in regard to ************** account were in compliance with Red River Credit's collection policies. There were up to 6 calls made to her cell as a reference on another account. 
    We have taken steps to remove ************ as a reference, shown her job as a do not call, and classified her account as a do not call. This will eliminate any direct contact from our office other than mail or legal proceedings.
    Red River Credit strives to make every customer's experience the best it can possibly be. Our doors are always open, and we are willing to sit down and discuss any issues with our customers at any time.
