    I couldn't get ahold of anyone to get my service updated after I updated my card online. My service was paused and nobody would answer the phone. I eventually paid again online but I haven't heard from anyone. ******* sent me a text and I told her about the problem and she said somebody would contact me then the company just disappeared.

    Hello,

    In regards to this particular customer, we reached out to ************************* every month since August to receive payment from him through various means of communication. I've attached screenshots from our call log and our automated text messaging service and email service that notifies customers every time their card does not go through. In all of the ways we contacted him he never responded, not once until we picked our trashcans for default payments over 6 months. Then months later **************** decided to resign up with a new card, we paused his service, refunded his account and he was never ****** out a trashcan. He was an unresponsive customer for several months so we were not renewing his contract as we were afraid he would continue to not pay for months of service again. 


    The screenshot he attached of the message he responded to was a mass text that went out to customers about weather delays but the direct messages we sent him that I have attached through Smartline would have been direct communication with me in which we received none for several months. One screenshot is from our Smartline communication, the second one is to show he opted in for text and email, the third screenshot is to show you he was emailed back in June and the following months.


    We apologize that **************** felt compelled to write this up, as we wish he would have tried harder to get in touch with us for months that we reached out through call, text messaging and emails as included in my attachments.
