    On the day of agust 5, 2022 I reached out to the owner of ReBuodior for a couple photo shoot. At 9:39am that day she sent me the prices of each package that she was providing. Since she was having a holiday promotional sale the couples photoshoot that I was looking for was the cost at ****** dollars. She then told me via text that she would send me an invoice through square which she never did. On Agust 7, 2022 I brought her the amount of ****** in cash as well as had a conversation about the invoice being sent to me. It never was. We had the photpshoot with my partner on September 3, 2022 at 3:30pm. She agreed. The next day she came up with an issue stating that we need to push back the date. So then she asked for 1pm which was ok but our first red flag. We had the photos taken and she verbally stated that the photos would be done before Christmas as they were a holiday special. On September 7, 2022 she send us 4 sneak peak photos. There after that day she kept making excuses that she is busy and dosent have time. So I politely asked if she could just email the unfinished photos to save her time. To no end did this help us or her. She recently posted a post on ******** stating that her computer crashed and lost not only my photos but multiple clients photos. She then gave people the option of redoing the photoshoot or getting a refund. As we moved to ****** from ******** we wanted to get a refund. On December 23, 2022 I reached out to ask for a refund and she stated that she would get right on it. Today December 28, 2022 I checked in with her to politely ask about my refund and I now keep getting an otomated passive aggressive text from her stating "I am taking a much needed vacation and my phone is currently with the sharks. Sorry, not sorry. Will answer in 2 weeks." She has found herself another way to avoid contact and giving me my refund and others.
