I have attached the original estimate that was provided to our customer, ****** ******. In the estimate we explained that we would fix the obvious damage that was caused by the people installing the storm shelter, but we could not determine if there were any other issues other than the obvious damage. In the estimate we explained that, and told him in person that we would have to provide him another estimate for further repairs if there were more issues. He agreed to and accepted the estimate knowing that there was a potential for other problems that we couldn't see in that moment, because they were under the ground. Once we repaired the obvious damage and tried to power up the circuit again, the breaker tripped and we figured out that more damage was done than what was visually seen in the beginning. This complaint should definitely not be addressed to us, but should instead be made about the installer of the storm shelter who caused all the damage in the first place because they didn't properly have the customers underground utilities marked by a professional company before digging the hole. Once we realized there was more damage, we disconnected the circuit at both ends, so that there would not be a potential injury or death if someone energized it without the other repairs being made. Leaving the ends disconnected is what he is saying was not done according to code. There is no code specifications for unenergized circuits, as they are safe because they are disconnected, so this argument is not valid. I believe Hunter Super Techs have acted in good faith with this customer and explained the potential issues the whole way through the work process. I even tried to explain again to his wife when she called my office, but was met with screaming and cursing and then her hanging up the phone on me. I have that call recording as well if you need a copy of that.

10-6-2022 We had Hunter Heat and Air come out to see what was wrong with our aerobic system septic tank. The guy came opened it and said we needed to have it pumped out and he would come back when they came to pump it out and then we would need to replace the pump that would cost $1446.00. We called to get a company to come pump it out and set that appointment for the same afternoon and then called back to Hunters to tell them when the guy was coming and were told the technician couldn't come then but he had said he would. We ended up calling another company to come see what was wrong. There was nothing wrong with the pump. The issue was the float and timer that kept it from working. The septic tank was fixed on 10-10-2022 and I have the work order/receipt from the company that fixed it of what was repaired on it. Called Hunters back on 10-11-2022 at approx. 1:00 pm and spoke to ****** and she told me she would file the issue and have ************************* call me back. I never received a call so today 10-13-2022 I called and ******** answered and since it had been over 48 hours she patched me through to ***** and we spoke however, there was no resolution. I am asking for the $99 service call fee returned since we were told it was the pump and that wasn't the issue. We were not given a receipt for the $99.

On October 6, 2022 we had a technician go to ************************* resident looking at her aerobic system. She had some issues with what the technician was explaining to her. ***** the technician did not tell her the pump needs to be replaced he expressed to them if it were the pump, it would cost a higher amount. There was no way any company would know tell the tank was pumped.  We had ***************************, the manager, call her and try to explain our reasoning that we could not do anything till her aerobic was pumped out, so we could further look at her pump. She was upset and argued with us. Before *************************** could let her know that we would refund her money she hung up. We offered to come out and look at it again and talk to her face, but she had already called another company.

I have called and emailed them asking them to call me back, and to let them know that their money was refunded. I yet to hear back from them.
