    I booked a room at this Microtel for August 14th through August 31st, but had to check out early on the 17th. This hotel is infested with cockroaches and other bugs. When walking to the bathroom at night, I could feel them crunching under my feet and would have to scrape them off into the trash because they would stick to my feet. Housekeeping would yell to each other down the hallway, run the vacuum in the hallways for hours, and bang on the walls in the neighboring rooms while I was trying to sleep so I could work nights. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt three or four times so I could see what I was being charged, to which they refused to give me one. I have still not received one, but they went ahead and charged me $100 a night for the three nights I stayed instead of the $50 a night that was booked. This hotel is a $50 a night hotel all day every day as seen in provided attachments. When I booked this room there was no notification of any early checkout fee. I would like a refund of the additional charges, approximately $150. My card was charged $893.17 and I received a refund of $600. My room was booked for $52.54 a night and that included tax.

    I checked into this hotel on October 21st at around 7pm, we were only in the room for about 20 minutes before we left to go to a concert, and we returned around 11:00. Within 5 minutes of being in the room we saw 3 cockroaches. I am 6 months pregnant and immediately decided this place was not good for my health so we decided to leave. Let the front desk person know we were leaving early due to roaches. He called his manager and went to inspect the room himself (which was silly because the roaches scattered already) which I said to him. He came back and said he didnt see any roaches so I wasnt getting a refund. No apology, no offer for a new room. Instead I left there at 11:30, 6 months pregnant with an hour drive home. The lack of care for customers well being and safety and no customer service. The reviews Ive read are similar and worse. This place needs to be shut down and fixed asap. Hazards everywhere.

    August 8, 2023 Microtel Inn Ardmore, ******** Over the phone the woman was extremely rude and disconnected call from my call to the motel. My husband did not realize this and called to reserve a room later, Tuesday afternoon. He reserved a room and specifically informed her that we need non smoking and she asked if we wanted 1 bed or 2. He informed her it didnt matter but did request it to be a nice room. We told them of my companion dog and we were told the dog is $15 extra per night. So, non smoking, nice, clean room with my companion dog was to be $55 plus $15 for companion dog plus tax. We arrived and given keys to room 216. I immediately went up and after entering and smelling the horrible smoke and musty smell, seeing the blackened carpet, the alarm clock that was appeared to be unplugged, the phone that I noticed was missing all buttons,( I even picked up the phone and it sounded like a loud, long screeching sound not any dial tone at all). I immediately turned around and went downstairs to request a different room. I went to the front desk and nobody was there. (This immediately felt like a scam). I called the number and the woman was running down the hallway yelling something. She came to the front desk. I informed her of the situation. She immediately took offense and started arguing and went upstairs to take pictures then came back and started yelling at me that I was falsifying statements! She was refunding the money when an older man and younger man came in and the younger man looked at me and said no refund! We were there for maybe 10 minutes! I called the local police to inform them of the outright thievery taking place. The woman voiced understanding and informed me this is a civil case.

    WE ARE SORRY ABOUT THE INCONVIENCE BUT FRONT DESK GIVE THEM ALREDY A GOOD ROOM AND A SINGLE BED BUT THEY WANT A BIGGER ROOM SO THEY HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE SINGLE BED AND DOUBLE BED BUT THEY DENIED THANAFTER THE **** STARTED ARGUE WITH MY FRONT DESK **** ABOUT S***** PROPERTY AND S***** PEOPLE AND ALL BED WORDS WHICH ARE NOT RESPECT THAN FRONT DESK **** ASK ABOUT WHAT ISSUES THEY HAVE IN ROOM SHE SAID PHONE NOT WORKING,ALARM NOT WORK AND EVERYTHING THATS WHY FRONT DESK **** GO TO CHECK IN ROOM BUT EVERYTHING WORKING THERE SO SHE SHOW TO THAT **** AND THE **** ******** AND ARGUE AND TRY TO PUNCH ON FRONT DESK ****.EVEN HUSBAND OF THAT **** SAID TO US THAT LEAVE HIS WIFE ALONE BECAUSE HE SAID THAT SHE DO EVERY HOTEL LIKE THIS THAN MY FRONT DESK **** CALL MANAGER AND THAN HUSBAND OF THAT **** SAID LEAVE THAT AND HE TOOK HER AND THEY LEFT AND THEY TOOK DOG IN THE ROOM ON BED AND EVERY WHERE DOG SEAT AND THEY USE EVERYTHING THAN THEY COME DOWN AND DOING ARGUING SO MANAGER NOT APPROVE REFUND.
