  I'm writing this review to inform and warn potential investors considering Vertical Petroleum Industries (VPI). This is my personal experience, and I wish I had read something like this before making my decision. Unfortunately, my investment with VPI has caused significant financial harm to myself and other ************ June 2023, I invested in one of VPIs well projects on the 101 Ranch Estates. I believe it is an area with about 10 of their projects. Before investing with VPI, I strongly urge you to ask for transparency regarding their projects over the past 24 months. What was promised to investors? What were the expected returns, timelines, and the actual outcomes?I first encountered VPI at the Limitless Expo in ******* in June 2023, where they used ****** ********* name to promote their business. I assumed the event organizers had done their due diligence, but that seems not to be the case. VPI promised quick returns, claiming the project would start in a few months and be completed by the end of 2023. Instead, there have been repeated delaysfirst a few months, then December, January, April, and now we are here in October of 2024 with nothing. An email in July 2024 claimed the well was pumping, but Ive yet to receive any payment or even a timeline.I understand that investing carries risks, but VPI presented themselves as experts, downplaying the risks and promoting their record of success. I trusted them due to their association with the Limitless Expo, *** *******, and ****** ********. Now, nearly a year and a half later, I still have no clarity on whenor ***** be paid, and Im concerned that I, along with other investors, may have lost our entire investment. To date, I and other investors on this project have received $0.

  Back in August of 2023, I was asked to bid on this project, and I was given the work. I have been in the Mud Business for 48 years and counting. In all my work on projects like this, all over the world I have seen many operations learn as the projects progressed. VPI (NAO) has done just that. We worked as a TEAM making decisions together and learning about the area as we progressed. There were times when we were hampered by the weather. Moving in heavy equipment on the 101 Ranch the ***** making up of the top 5-7 feet kept us from maintaining the pace we wanted. All in all, I am pleased with this project's over all progress. I am also pleased to work with highly experienced personnel, from the Project Manager ***********************, ********** Drilling and VPI(NAO) office personnel. All I had to do is talk to any of these people for advice or tracking down information.

  They make promises on consistent monthly revenue and many tax advantages. Issue is they hold your money for years and you get a few bucks here and there with no real explanation. I would approach with caution.
