    On April 22nd ******* came and serviced my lawn for the first time and put a hole in my pool. When I contacted him about it he said he would come by and patch the pool, which he did. Unfortunately the patch didn't work and the pool is still leaking. He has told me multiple times that he would come by and place a patch on the inside of the pool. He also told me he had ordered a "really expensive" patch from Amazon and was going to come put the patch on. Again, he never came. And all this time I've been letting him continue to do my lawn service. However today he was due to come do my lawn and never showed up, never called, never texted. Just never showed.

    Hi, 

    I will agree to send the $100.00 for the repair although were unsure this was actually an incident from us concerning we heard of the hole days later after the mow. Us being good people we did not argue with the client we drove back over there and patched the hole. Due to the water pressure it did not hold up. We did agree to eventually drain the pool and patch from the inside, but with this Oklahoma wind and our busy schedule almost seemed impossible. Then we got a very disturbing phone call, We had lost contact due to an argumentative phone call that was not very pleasant. 

    We do apologize for the "no contact", we just wanted no further conflict. The words on the phone was not acceptable, Thanks!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    However, I would like to address two issues with the company's response.

    I found the hole in the pool the very next day after they had been to service my lawn and sent him a text immediately. He stated it was days before he heard from me and that is a lie. The company also states that there was a phone call that was unpleasant and that also is a lie. The last communication we had was via text when he assured me he had purchased a patch and was going to come repair the pool. There were never any unpleasant words exchanged.

    If someone accused me of damaging their property and I knew I hadn't done it, I certainly wouldn't take responsibility for it. But the company took responsibility because they knew they had damaged my pool and are now lying about events that brought us to this point. So while the hundred dollars certainly won't make me whole I'll take it so I don't have to deal with this unscrupulous business ever again.
