I am rejecting this response because:   First, the business never said that this was not covered under warranty. Second, it is not the concrete that has cracked, it is the coating that he applied.

I have attached a copy of the last text message that I received from him showing that he would be coming out.

I have spoke with this customer a number of times I have explained that our warranty does not cover the concrete cracking. I have advised the customer that if he would like for me to fix the crack it would be a be invoice. This is the first time Im responding to this because this is the first email I have seen about this

I have visited the residence to review the crack that is in question here.. and unfortunately it is the concrete that is cracking and settling with it settling and cracking like it has it has caused the coating to rip.. as I explain to every customer we cant warranty concrete this customer is very difficult to deal with.. very unpleasant to talk to..I am more than willing to come out and do my best to fix the crack in the concrete but to be honest the customer would be wasting money because he has bigger issues with the foundation settling of his house but if you would like for us to come fix it it will be a new invioce

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:   I am wondering why none of this information was conveyed to me. First, he never made an appointment to come out. Second, he never told me that he had come out, nor did he relay his findings. Third, how could he determine that my homes foundation is settling and that that is the cause of the crack? Finally, the crack is atop a slab of my driveway that is not attached to my homes foundation, so this seems like nothing more than an excuse.
