      My home was flooded on 9-27-2023. To this date, my home is still not completed. I cannot get this company to finish the job. I have spent numerous hours myself repairing their substandard work just so I can get moved back in. I am currently fighting them over cleaning my flood/rust stained grout on my tile floors. The have still left sheet rock, mud, texture and paint on my tile, stove and other surface areas in the home that werent to be painted. They only took the sheet rock they could use with them and left ALL the material trash in my driveway. I had to install my water heater because they wouldnt do it. It was in their bid to do this. I do not feel I owe them even half of the balance due. I was forced to accept their bid and there was even 3 week periods no one showed up to work at my house. I am still displaced and desperately need back in to my home due to my health. I had a heart attack and this is causing me undue stress and unlivable conditions. I have already paid them over $11,000 and my home looks like a child completed the work that has been done. I am so frustrated and sick. Please contact me. They have billed me another $12,000 this week.

      Had a sewer backup in-house.Insurance company said I needed to have a water and mold cleanup company come in to do water cleanup and do a mold check.Servpro tested found mold.Tore out my bathroom where **** came from also removed base trim from entire home.That night they fogged for mold,Came back next day somewhat wiped down house.Were supposed to give home complete cleaning because this tacky spray is on everything didnt cover my furniture and mattresses up so they were covered with this tacky disinfectant spray stuff.When they came back the next day they did not have ******* with them to supervise the job.They fogged for the second time and left.Supposed to come back next day give our house complete wipe down to finish the mold cleanup.Perform mold test.Instead just the ******* came back he was not happy.Was told they had sent him over to do complete cleaning and test by himself.I showed him the damage the fog and cleaning had done to my furniture, vents and walls.He took pictures of damage did mold test,went back to shop and resigned.After last fogging owner did not send anyone back to clean this tacking disinfectant off our walls and furniture for a week.When did come back crew was not in a good mood.I went to store was gone two hours they were loaded and gone.You cant clean this stuff off one room in two hours.Servpro painter and guy in charge of construction came over several days latter to review putting house back together.Showed them the damage to furniture and walls,they took pictures and both stated how sorry they were and that Servpro had dropped the ball.After that Servpro would not return my calls this went on for almost two weeks.They were supposed to the rebuild I needed to know if they were going to complete job. Finally. got a text from the owner and said I needed to get someone else to do the rebuild.Best way to describe this disinfectant fog is like you spill organs pop on everything orange and sticky.Wife and I are 71 we cleaned it up.
