  Bought a vehicle from the in January on this year. Immediately once I got home that the remote start didnt work even though they had informed it did. I reached out to the dealership and they were going to help me fix this. With in the month after waiting for parts had a part fly off my car while driving down the highway. Bought a replacement trim piece but found it wouldn't fit correctly so I took it to a body shop to take a look. After that the body shop showed me all the problems with the front end and how it was pieced together. Brought it back to the dealership to show them. They advised they could swap me out to something else but one vehicle was worth less than mine and the other was more. The one worth less had more miles and less features. I was told that **** and KBB were unreliable. They finally got me to a different car but wanted to raise my payment almost 80 dollars more after I told them I could not afford that. Found out they were just going to trade my vehicle in for less than what I got it for and put on a new loan. Also told me since I haven't tagged the old car yet (I just got the title papers) that I would have to go tag my car first. I then asked that since they partnered with a body shop I asked if they would send my car to the body shop for an estimate. I was then told that since new management that it wasn't in the budget. I was also explained that the car is still drivable and that it's just cosmetic. Also would was told there was nothing they could do for me. Will not be going back and will be telling others to be careful. Also would not give me pricing on any of the vehicles they were showing me. Even though I asked. Just wanted to talk payment.

  Our Service Advisor, *****, spoke with the customer on 2/28/24 about his concerns. We agreed to install the hood latch that would allow the remote start to operate as designed. We also agreed to look at what a body shop said was missing along the lines of fasteners, bolts, etc. ******************** worked with the customer to trade him out to a similar car but the customer declined both of them that he was shown. He was also scheduled to come in on March 2nd for the repairs but did not show.

  Will not uphold a vip certificate from Facebook. No money down any car on lot, 1000 cash in hand, no credit needed your job is your credit. Called made sure it was a good deal from them ask two times they said yes my husband goes in and they said they needed 2,000 -3,000 down. I want them to uphold the deal.

  The person that did the review was not the customer and shouldn't have written the review. Nevertheless, her husband came in off of our ad that clearly states you must have a 550+ credit score and a job. (I was not able to upload the ad here but will be happy to provide it.) This criteria was not met by any of his three credit bureaus. Therefore, the lenders, not Bartlesville CDJR, require more money down invested into the loan as the customer is a risk for the lender based on past credit experience. The assertion that we didn't "uphold our deal" is defamatory and this review should be removed as it is materially inaccurate. Thank you.
