    We used this company in Dec of 2021. They repaired an outside line to a faucet by soldering. It began to leak again April of 2025. We call at 8am the next morning explaining we had an ongoing leak and were having to shut water off/on. He wanted to set the appt for 6 days later. We explained again this was a leak. He said he could squeeze us in two days later in the afternoon. It was raining the day they came. While I appreciate that they worked in the rain and made the repair. I did not appreciate the emergency charge when it was not a night, weekend, holiday or within 24 hrs. They replaced a very rotted out joint which Im sure 3 1/2 yrs ago wouldve shown signs of rotting. The person I spoke to was not friendly. My husband who is not in good health had already dug out part of the dirt before the rain started. I would not recommend them and wont be using them again.
