    It's deeply disappointing how mental health crises are handled at the ********. Instead of offering support or understanding, individuals in need are treated like criminals and banned from the premises. This is especially troubling given that many residents here are living with mental health conditions.A recent situation involved someone experiencing a mental health episode who now cannot visit his grandmothera resident with serious health issues who relies on his support. Shes unable to drive and is at risk of losing her foot without help. Denying her access to her family during a time like this is not only unfair, it's inhumane.This approach raises serious concerns about the managements priorities. When many tenants are on *** and their rent is guaranteed, it starts to feel like people are being treated as income sources rather than human beings. Compassion and understanding should never take a backseat to profit.
