      Years ago, I used to have land lines in my home which I used to make international calls. I have disconnected all land lines and I have bought a cell phone with a different buyer. I am on my spouse's plan (not ECG). Yet they continue to charge me a fee every month. I sent a message from their website, providing them with my personal information, asking them to close my account, to no avail. I do not want to pay for something I no longer have and use. I want them to stop charging me a monthly fee and close my account.

      Could you please cancel my account. I used to have a land line (covered by ***) that I have cancelled years ago.

      For many years now, I have been charged a monthly fee of $29.90. However, I have no idea why I am being charged this fee for as I do not have any phones or phone lines with you. A few years back, I used to have an *** account and was charged a fee for a landline, but that landline had been disabled years ago. Now I am being charged under an ********! Mobile account.

      Could you please let me know what the $29.90 monthly fee is for?

      Please advise.

      Hi *******,

      Unfortunately, we had a power outage in our office a few months ago, which caused our billing server to crash, so we have been unable to
      produce billing statements to send out. We are currently having a new billing server built, but we do not yet know when it will come online.
      When that does happen, we will be sending out updated statements. Since auto pay is turned on for your account, we have continued to take payments for your regularly billed amount, which is $14.95. However, our system has fallen two months behind on running these automatic payments, so all of the accounts that use autopay are two months behind in payments. Instead of just taking all of that money at once, we will charge twice the normal monthly amount for the next two months. One of those payments has been made, on January 11. The next payment will be for $29.90 in early February. After that, we anticipate everything going back to normal, and resuming the payments of $14.67 per month.

      *** response was to immediately cancel the account for the customer. We have NO request to cancle the customers accont until 02/09/2023

      We had also emailed the customers email *******@sbcglobal.net before each payment - to notify of payment withdraw.
