    A family member brought our in. Dog was in pain due to an infection and an issue with her eye. I was told on the phone before hand they would be able to look at both issues, which turned out to be innaccurate information (or a lie). My family member claims staff were rude and uncaring from the moment she arrived and almost misplaced our dog's paperwork that was brought in. They also seemed to have issues understanding that the previous vet we took our dog too was permanently closed, so we were unable to retrieve any of her old records (I explained multiple times that the records we brought with her were the only records she had). My family member said they didnt seem too interested in treating our dog at all. When I spoke to the vet over the phone, the vet claimed our dog tried to bite, which my family member says never happened. Our dog isn't aggressive and has never tried to bite anyone, and if she did this time, it's likely because she's understandably in pain from the infection. Our dog is literally only ***************************************************************************************** her paw further, seemingly because they were scared of being bitten, but more likely because they wanted to charge us for the procedure to anesthetize her. At the end of the day, we paid extra for the emergency service that they didnt even provide but claimed they would, and they sent my dog home with only 6 antibiotic pills. 6 pills. Avoid this place. We won't be returning. I'll be sure to leave a BBB review as well.
