5 starsWe called Salas Tree service to trim a pretty large tree that was starting to fall. They answered the phone almost immediately and we made an appointment. They were able to fit us in that day for an estimate. We explained what we wanted and expected to be done. We asked about how much that would be. It was a reasonable estimate and we booked the service right then. They completed the work in a half day and the yard is probably cleaner than before they arrived. 5 starsOn time, professional, crew members happy, customers service timely. Honestly the best experience. They arrived 15-20 min early for estimate and service and waited outside until time. Trimmed a large tree, raked and cleaned debris. Joaquin the owner/ estimator was very knowledgeable and gave me insight to the livelihood of my tree. The crew had a great disposition and safety first; harnessed and staked themselves to tree and raked all debris that had fallen. Customer service on time.

5 starsVery pleasant to work with and listened to customer's needs. Best price and team came on time, very professional. They made sure to check with me about a branch to see if I wanted to keep it or not as it would have created a "hole" in the overall shape of the tree, so I appreciated that. 5 starsResponsive. Reliable. Professional. Its a breath of fresh air in this day and age to discover a contractor that does what they say they will do, on time with excellent results. Two large 50 year-old trees in my small back yard are now trimmed and ready for the worst winter winds and ice storms. I no longer fear potential damage to my house and electric lines. I am pleased. I got my money's worth. I would hire Salas Tree Service again and I highly recommend them.
