  Total bait & switch facility. Housekeeping, medications, and utilities are supposed to be included at this faciity. My mom was there; and like others who have posted, they DO NOT CLEAN patients or rooms. It was disgusting when she moved in, and the AC was broken. The window unit they put in wasn't sealed appropriately, allowing for pests to enter the room. Most of the time, there is NOBODY at the front desk, you can't even walk around and find people much of the time. The last time I visited my mom before she died, her room smelled like a farm. They blamed her dog (which didn't smell when we removed it from the room). Mom said they never clean, and she was left to bathe herself as best she could. There was also milk dated over a year old in the refrigerator, and other perishables as well. There was a toilet brush container overflowing with mold (obviously it wasn't being used), and a molded adult diaper in the bathroom. We took her out of the facility shortly thereafter, because she had COPD, and I could barely breathe in there. After my mom died, most of the staff was kind, but Dani, the manager was completely rude and unprofessional, saying we were not allowed to give any of the residents things we were planning to donate anyway, that we would have to pay for cleaning and pest control, and she threatened to sue my sister. Give me a break, if they were doing their jobs, they wouldn't need pest control or cleaning... Keep your family member in a place that actually cares for their residents. I can't say enough about the kind nurses and cafeteria workers, but the admin is a cold and heartless person who should be ashamed of herself, and I hope Karma catches her soon.
