If I could leave less stars I would. Bought my house about 4 years ago from my sister. She was very transparent about the house having foundation issues that were previously fixed by ****. There had been an underground leak near a bathroom that had damaged the foundation. So after I buy the house I notice the severe settling in the same corner of the house. I had **** come out to assess it and essentially tell me theres nothing wrong but this one small **** I had outside my house needed to be removed. So I did that and I call em back maybe a year later, same old story. Just telling me there is nothing wrong using no tools just his eyes by the point I can see the gaps in my floor and walls growing. So I get ignored again. So about 2 years into owning my home I decided to tell them to fix it because the warranty HAD NOT EXPIRED at this time. I assumed, you guarantee your piers for 15 years or so, so it shouldn't cost me anything. It didn't last as long as u guaranteed. Pretty simple. Well they finally measure my house realize there is a problem so they suggested that I insert foam. Claiming the piers are fine. So they measure everything (for the first time), decide that it is in fact sinking and agree to "fix" it. So then they claim this is a "NEW" issue and doesn't fall under warranty. Even tho it's the exact same area they repaired in the past. I decide to shell out the few thousand dollars anyway. So they drill more holes into my foundation and insert foam. Which worked for about 2 months. I had to pay to get new floors, patch my walls, repaint my interior. And it didn't even hold. So I contact them again and they tell me that foam is a temporary fix. AFTER I had already paid them. So now my house looks worse than ever. I have massive holes in my bathroom floor. And they claim it isn't their problem. Do not trust this companies warranties. In my experience they WILL NOT honor them. And tried to act like all the money I spent wasn't their fault. Pretty scummy.
