    1. April 13, 2024: We accepted bid for the project and paid an initial deposit amount of $14,187.27.2. May 2024: After reviewing the project, we added three screen doors for an additional cost of $6,228.75.3. August 16, 2024: We paid an additional $15,000, bringing the total paid to $29,187.27. On May 7, 2024, I contacted the owner to inquire about the status of the materials and installation. At that time, he informed me that everything should be in and ready for installation by the last week of May. However, by June 25, 2024, I had to contact him again to schedule the installation date for July 10, 2024. On October 22, 2024, I reached out to request the installation of the garage door screens, door hardware, and adjustments. ****** informed me that his team was about two weeks out. Despite this assurance, no progress was made, and I followed up again on November 4, 2024. His response on November 5th indicated there was still no scheduled date, and he would "keep me updated." As of today, the project remains incomplete. I would also like to address the following points of concern: September 23, 2024: I reached out with concerns regarding a strange noise coming from the motors, as well as error codes. ****** assured me that he had tested the equipment before he approved the installation. However, I never received a follow-up from him after that conversation. To date, we have paid $29,187.27, and as of this writing, only the initial portion of the work has been completed. Specifically, the screens, door hardware, and labor for their installation have not yet been delivered or installed, leaving a balance of $1,147.00 due. As it stands, they have been overpaid by $5,081.75 for work and materials that have not been completed.
