    We hired Backyard Depot to do a pool deck (cement), drainage & landscaping. The day they were to start we had to reach out to find out they wouldn't start for 2 more weeks. They started and would work 1-3 hours a day and wouldn't accomplish anything. Then it came time to do drainage - all I can say is they created a bigger mess and more flooding than we already had. They showed up with a couple of shovels (to level our yard) and some sod. Added a couple of random drains - and then we got RAIN!!! We are now almost 2 months into our project and Keith (the owner) realizes he cannot complete our job - so YES he did do a partial refund and we had to search and find someone to come and fix their mess!!! This entire project has been a nightmare - no communication - changing what we signed on the contract. We had to monitor their work because the owner wasn't. He would show up and say all the right things and acknowledge how bad things were - YET, he never followed through on promises. It is now June 12 and our yard is still not done!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
