    We hired **** to shoot our wedding 5/5/23. She was responsive leading up to the wedding. We are former friends with her and she even shot my sister in laws wedding a few years ago. We received our engagement photos in a reasonable time. Her wedding contract states photos will be returned no later than 10 weeks after the event. After our wedding, she has completely ghosted us. We paid in full and tipped her to only receive half our photos. We last heard from her in August saying she was finished and sending us a flash drive that has NEVER shown up. She said our gallery should reflect 2500 photos and it currently has only 1200 of the photos we dont care about. We have no pictures of the bride and groom together. Weve called, texted, emailed, social media messaged, and still no response, or finished photos from our wedding. We are devastated about this and departed to receive our wedding photos.

    I’m so upset with my experience with Alexandra. She completely ghosted/blocked me on more than one instance and left me in the dark for months never to hear from her. Still never hearing from her my galllery now had over 900 photos slapped with a preset that I had to rummage through to find the few good ones. I messaged old clients of hers, and the same thing happens to most of them. So much more to the story, I the most unprofessional photographer I’ve ever worked with. So unhappy with my wedding experience with her
