    10 arrows construction did a bunch of dirt work next-door to our property @ *** * ********** ***. They cleared land from trees and shrubs and removed all of the top vegetation, exposing bear soil across a vast hillside. They neglected to put up any silt fencing or do any flood or water drainage management or control to protect their neighbors. Heavy rains have since occurred and massive amounts of mud and flooding have invaded neighboring properties. 10 arrows has done nothing to assume responsibility or even offer a helping hand to clean up the mess they have caused. There are numerous government agencies pursuing legal action against them and the landowners, but the real crime is their lack of respect for the communities in which they live and work destroying neighbors properties at your own profit is not something any business should be proud of. I hope others know what type of company they are dealing with when they hire 10 arrows.

    We have contacted the Department of Agriculture and requested the formal report to share. Before the report was completed, the officer spoke with us at Ten Arrows Contracting and said the flooding was not our responsibility due to it being an ag project and us not changing drainage or building on property.  Once I receive those documents I will have them uploaded on here for you all to review. 
    We are not the land owner, we were simply hired to complete the work to lightly clean underbrush (trees 3inches and below and dead wood) and tree trimming.  The city of Blanchard has a narrow easement due to Pioneer lines, so the ditch between our work and the neighbor across the road has no culverts and no choice but to spill into the neighbor (not our responsibility).  We were also told by the neighbor that they have had flooding issue for years, and have had to use sand bags. This was also confirmed by neighbors of theirs.  The one filing the complaint has also been very rude and disrespectful to us. He has asked to fight us so we did not feel it was a good idea to send employees to his property to address his claims.

    We pride ourselves in doing the right thing and treating everyone with respect and we are thankful for your continued support in resolving this claim.
